    2026 BAA Substitute Angler Waiver and Registration.

    WARNING: BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM YOU ARE WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE BAA AND ITS VOLUNTEERS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

    RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS:
    I, the participant, hereby agree to RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE the Bass Anglers Association (BAA), its executive committee members, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, sponsors, and organizers (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any injury, death, property damage, or loss of any kind suffered during or in connection with any BAA event, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

    I specifically waive and release any rights or claims under the Occupiers' Liability Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.O.2, or any other statutory duty of care.

    ASSUMPTION OF RISKS:
    I freely accept and fully assume all risks, dangers, and hazards associated with participation in BAA events, including but not limited to: severe weather, water hazards, collision with other vessels or objects, equipment failure, and risks associated with boat inspections or handling, and risks associated with being a passenger on another competitor's boat.

    I agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from any and all liability, claims, or costs (including legal fees) incurred as a result of my participation in BAA events or my breach or any event rules.

    I warrant that all information on this submission is accurate. I have reviewed this disclaimer and have ensured I understand each and every one of the clauses. If I do not agree, I will not digitally submit this form.
